Gian Dilawari - President
Gian joined Travtech as President in 2003
and has overall responsibility for the operation
of the company including the design and development
of travel industry products and network operations.
Prior to joining TravTech, Gian was Co-founder and
Chief Operating Officer of Gemplex, Inc., a Next-Generation
Networking company that provided high-quality and
secure business-grade IP services to customers worldwide.
Prior to Gemplex, Mr. Dilawari held many senior
executive roles and had successful twenty-three
year tenure at Cable & Wireless USA where he
established and led numerous large scale multinational
telecommunications projects and innovative business
initiatives.

Tom MacDonald - CTO
Tom joined TravTech as CTO in June 2003.
Prior to that he was CTO at Gemplex Inc, a global
supplier of IP-based Virtual Private Networks. As
Vice President, Engineering at Primus Inc, he lead
the construction of their international ATM, Frame
Relay and IP network. He has held senior technology
assignments at Cable & Wireless USA and DSC
Communications (now Alcatel).

Michael Peranio - Chief
Financial Officer
Mr. Peranio is responsible for ensuring
accountability and integrity of TravTech’s
fiscal resources. Duties include supervising all
accounting and finance personnel, responsible for
all accounting to include accounts payable and accounts
receivable, responsible for payroll, taxes, insurance,
client rebates/concession fees, oversees annual
financial audits by Goodman & Company, maintains
balance sheets and P&Ls, liaisons with TravTech’s
bank and other financial institutions, responsible
for all fiscal reporting and financial relations.
Before joining TravTech, Mr Peranio was a VP at
District Travel Agency, and successfully operated
an accounting business. Mr Peranio is a graduate
of Strayer University

Stefan Maier - Director
Mr. Stefan N. Maier is part of the group
who co-founded Travtech Inc in 2001. Until November
2003 Mr. Maier was in charge of the company's growth,
production, outsourcing, recruiting and customer
relations.
Beginning 2004, Mr. Maier's focus has changed mainly
to content-related operations, recruiting and customers
assistance.
Mr. Maier holds a MS in Computer Science (Romania,
Bucharest) and a MA in Communication and Instructional
Technology (California State University).
Other professional achievements include designing
and implementing real-time software for industrial
processes, planning and installing a daily newspaper
production and printing operation, the design and
financing documentation for a government, internet-based
communication system.

Devakumar
Kadalur - Managing Director
Travtech Software
Private Ltd., Bangalore , India
Mr. Kadalur manages Overseas Travel Technology
Development, joined Travtech in June of 2003.
Mr. Kadalur is leading a team of engineers in
US and India to develop end-to-end business solutions
for corporate/government/leisure travel businesses.
Prior to joining Travtech, Mr. Kadalur was the
founder/president of Electronic Commerce Technologies,
Inc., (ECT) a consulting company based in Virginia
and Managing Director of Electronic Commerce Technologies
in Bangalore, India. Over his nearly 20 years
of experience in the IT industry, Mr. Kadalur
has held positions at UMWA Health and Retirement
Funds in Washington, D.C, World Bank, and American
Managements System (AMS) of increasing responsibilities
in the financial, manufacturing, and service industries
for both back-office and front-office systems.
Mr. Kadalur brings in extensive technical management
as well as business management in areas of software
development, operations, outsourcing, and business
process re-engineering.
Mr. Kadalur holds a B.E. in Electronics Engineering
from Bangalore University, India, a M.S. in Computer
Science from Villanova University, Villanova,
Pennsylvania and a Master's Certificate in Information
Technology Project Management from the George
Washington University, School of Business and
Public Management in Washington, D.C.

Stan Brown - VP Sales
& Marketing
Mr. Brown has over thirty years of travel
industry experiencing with increasing responsibility
in domestic and international sales, marketing,
operations and financial management. Extensive experience
in sales program and product development, implementation,
vendor negotiations, call center management, market
research and analysis, advertising, public relations
and product launch. Prior to joining TravTech, Mr.
Brown was Executive Vice President of Florida Air
Holdings, Vice President – Business Development
for KIWI International Airlines and Vice President
of International & Domestic Sales with Eastern
Airlines.

Betsy Amos - HR Director
Betsy has
over 16 years of human resources experience and
14 years of travel industry experience. She
has a bachelor of arts degree from the University
of Wisconsin-Madison with a major in psychology.
She is responsible for supervising all human resources
functions for TravTech including recruitment, hiring,
staffing, benefits administration and employee relations.

Gloria
Bohan - Chairman
Gloria is actively involved in the day-to-day
operations of Omega World Travel. Her drive and
determination have made Omega major force in the
travel industry. She is recognized as one of the
top women business owners in the Washington Metropolitan
area. Gloria is readily available to meet with
clients, whether corporate, government or leisure.

Dan Bohan - CEO
Dan joined Gloria in running Omega shortly
after the company first opened in 1972. He is well
known throughout the travel industry for being a
pioneer of innovative ideas and programs. |
