Enterprise Profile Manager is a multi-profile
management system which can be used in any business
process as an interface between the front and the back
office business components. Distinct repositories are
available to store corporate/government, travel agency
with multiple branches, traveler, system and vendor
profiles can be easily saved and tracked across several
business processes. Relationships between each of these
profile entities can be stored and managed. In addition,
Enterprise Profile Manager may be combined with the unique
TravTech.com(sm) brand of computer software design in
order to create a comprehensive customized solution
for our clients.
EPM is a core module enabling any business front office
components such as travel booking dystems, health and
benefits systems, and Payroll Systems to seamlessly
interface with the back-office components such as accounting,
inventory, travel/entertainment (T&E) and reporting
systems. Specific to the travel industry, the EPM system
can manage and track all the vendor profiles of Global
Distribution Systems (GDS), Cruise lines, Insurance
Agency, etc.
EPM can be enabled as an Application Service Provider
(ASP) services in which case TravTech hosts the applications
and the connectivity. It can be purchased as a licensed
module and the client can host the application on their
hardware. EPM is a web-based application developed using
state of the art technology such as MS .net, MS SQL
Server, MS IIS, and XML doc as a B2B solution.
