Trams Clientbase Integration

TRAMS ClientBase Plus customers can now book their cruise reservations through CruiseBase, TravTech's industry leading booking engine entirely dedicated to cruises.

CruiseBase is TravTech's leading online booking system, optimized and entirely dedicated to cruise booking. Using the CruiseBase Agent Booking Engine (ABE), travel agents can search, select and quickly book a cruise with all major cruiselines. CruiseBase ABE is now integrated with TRAMS ClientBase Plus, allowing TRAMS customers to easily and automatically pass client data between their ClientBase Plus system and CruiseBase ABE.

Unlike existing high priced consumer cruise booking engines, CruiseBase ABE is designed specifically for use by travel agents and is priced similar to much less functional products available from GDS vendors.  High producing cruise agencies with multiple users can license CruiseBase for a reasonable fee.

TRAMS ClientBase Plus book their cruise reservations with Cruisebase ABE, using the ClientBase LiveConnect and ResCard features, ClientBase Plus seamlessly passes client information to the CruiseBase reservation session and upon completion imports the reservation details back into a ResCard for invoicing, printing itineraries and other administrative tasks.
