Pricing Database:

To improve the speed and reliability of our system, prices in our database are updated daily and stored in our own network system. This permits us to provide cruise

price searches even when direct connections to cruise line systems are unavailable. During the actual booking process, prices are shown in real-time from the cruise lines that have live connections. If live connections are not available, agents can call the cruise line directly for accurate pricing and availability so they are able to seamlessly complete the booking process.

System Security and Access Levels:

• Agents sign in using a personalized user ID and password
• CruiseBase enables management to determine appropriate user access levels on an individual basis including allowable discount levels, access to financial reporting
