Windows Systems Administrator

Travtech is looking for a full time Systems Administrator to add to its System Operations team in Fairfax, VA. This position has primary working hours during evenings(3pm to midnight) and Weekends(9am-6pm). We operate over 40 servers running Windows 2003, Windows 2000, IIS, and MS-SQL software. The primary role of this position is to monitor and maintain systems and applications stability, to log issues, and answer questions from customers about our software. Candidates must have some networking experience and administration experience with Windows Server systems and be very willing to learn and grow with a fast moving company. Specific experience with IIS, MSSQL, and Windows 2003 Server is a plus. Good verbal communications skills are required. Candidates with MCP and MCSA certifications are preferred.
 

Customer Service Representative

TravTech is seeking a full time candidate in its Fairfax, VA headquarters for a technical training professional with customer service experience. The selected individual will provide hands-on and web-based training to TravTech customers on its Cruisebase travel applications and also provide support and assistance to customers who call in with problems. Candidates must have previous experience in the Cruise industry in a customer service or sales or technical training roll. Candidates with a bachelor's degree are preferred.
 

MS-SQL Database Administrator

Travtech is looking for a full time database and system administrator to add to its System Operations team in Fairfax, VA.  We operate over 30 servers running Windows 2003, Windows 2000 and MS-SQL 2000 software.  Candidates must have at lease 5 years experience with Microsoft SQL-Server and Windows Server systems and at least 3 years experience with MS-SQL Server 2000, Windows Server 2003 and IIS6.   Candidates with MCDBA and MSCE certifications are preferred.;  H1B candidates may apply.
 

Software Developers

Travtech  is looking for developers with at least 3 years of experience in Microsoft software development technologies and associated tools (C#, C, C++, ASP, VB, T-SQL, .NET framework). Travel industry experience including Cruise, Air, Hotel, Car booking functionality is a plus.  H1B candidates may apply.
